Unlimited Consultations...

• Personal meetings with the bride or her wedding planner
• Assistance with selection of instruments and musicians appropriate for your indoor or outdoor venue
• Assistance with selection of repertoire for ceremony and/or reception
• Consultations with bride, wedding planner or venue personnel [music director, organist, etc.] to coordinate music choices, instrumentation, sound hookups, and setup, as needed  
• Planning and arrangement of music for all musicians performing during the prelude, ceremony, special moments, recessional, postlude and/or reception
• Special arrangement of music beyond the harpist's current repertoire
• Coordination of wedding and mass in conjunction with organist for Catholic ceremonies
• Unlimited consultation on the order of service and preparation of wording for the printed wedding program
• Guidance on wedding etiquette and ideas to make your wedding truly special

The Simply Harp or Simply Two packages are designed for busy or out-of-town brides that require no ceremony meetings or consultations.   Client enlists the "Harpist’s choice" for solo or duo repertoire for  the more quiet or simple wedding ceremony.

Harp Solo, Duo, Trio, and Quartet packages include unlimited program consultations and client-tailored repertoire for ceremonies and receptions.  Ceremony package includes 1/2-hour of prelude music, processional, recessional, and special music tailored to your wedding ceremony and your specific order of service. One hour rehearsal with your vocalist/soloist is also included at no additional charge.   Harpist will assist with program planning as needed.  Client’s music selections are unlimited, assuming sheet music not listed on current song lists is available and arrangements are adaptable for harp.

Standard Wedding Ceremonies book at the one-hour rate.  
Full Catholic Masses and wedding ceremonies requiring both prelude and postlude music book at the one and one-half hour rate, unless client requests 2 full hours of ceremony music.

In the event you choose to supply your own vocalist or musician to perform with the harpist, one rehearsal with your musician(s)  will be scheduled prior to the performance at no charge; Any additional rehearsals book at $100 per hour.

A non-refundable deposit of $100-$200 is required to reserve your date.
